| In this month Elders Jurek and Mystic ask and get the permission of creating Immortality in another game, namely the MMPORG, Lineage. This game about castle siege and conquest caught their interest and now both roam the land as Immortals. Later in the month some other Immortals join them as well.
Elder Danas starts a thread about the early days in the clan, the reflection in the thread is a mixture of remembrance of people long gone and the hope to once return to those glory days. Diablo: In may many people in the Diablo division start to wonder about the future. Its clear that the new patch and the influx of people from other divisions is a temporary solution at best. While people and nobles in this division work hard to keep it going, the simple big underlying fact that the game is getting old, is being felt more each day. DAOC: In this month the long awaited free expansion: New Frontiers opens it beta and Phoenix was lucky enough to be included. He reports a drastic change in RvR and is quite enthusiastic about it. Also in this month the council introduces the court system in full in DAOC, meaning nobles will start to claim their courts and take up the responsibilities of any other non DAOC div noble in the clan. While we await New Frontiers we do not sit idly by as we start collecting RP to claim keeps when the expansion comes out. This month our clan racks in another 1 mil RP and reach 19 mil. Last but not least, new char models from the upcoming expansion catacombs are published and its clear the next expansion will elevate DAOC into the new line of games, graphic wise. |
