| The month March was a quiet month in the clan’s history. Although the RL world was busy with the war on Iraq on the game front things went along smoothly. Many members had to take a break from gaming due to RL schoolwork or short holiday trips.
DIABLO: In the Diablo division the creation of a strong HC presence continued as people continued to level their characters. However not without taking losses in the progress that sometimes took the spunk out of many a player. However Baron Microchip kept organizing HC item runs and many kept interested in HC that way. This month we did receive lots of new recruits for the Diablo division to replenish the warriors that left for the other divisions. With the return of Council Guard Neutie a start was made to look for a restart of the GC. DAOC: In this month many of the DAOC action was colored by the defense of our Relic Keep against relentless assaults made by the Midgard realm. After three weeks of constant assault we lost our relics to a combined force of Midgard and Hibernian attackers. However, something had grown between the defending Albions in the last weeks, namely a bond and trust that was not there before. We lost our relics this month but gained something much more important. UO: AoS was introduced this month and the land started to change around us. Also Dragoncastle. In an amazing project Duke Dragonking transformed Dragoncastle in a unique beautiful palace with private chambers as well as having a great hall were the guild could meet. However on the downside it became noticeable that the members were so busy RL that two guildhunts a week was not possible anymore. WC3: This month we were pleased with the first hand reports of Evilphoenix, a beta tester of the WC3X on our forum. His tales made many of us full with anticipation of this new expansion. Changes to the old game are too many to describe and will create a whole new game experience. Our allies Clan Onix invited us also for a WC3 tournament this month. |
