History of january, 2005:
In this month we embarked on a lengthy and painful but necessary merging of the clan into a one gaming clan community again. As such we proceeded in the abolishment of several inactive or almost inactive divisions of the clan. Diablo and Warcraft III were abolished and no longer a clan game. Also the associated forums were removed from the forum nexus. Also with the upcoming Worlds of Warcraft we were aware many members were going to try it out so we moved the posts about WoW to the gaming forum. Because of our clan’s position, and his wish to lead his own clan, Count Azcon decided to leave the clan. We separated in friendship and good relations. Because of the fact the Republic of Immortality is now again a one game clan there will be no separate paragraphs for the different dicisions any more.

In this month, Count Freedom joined us in the field of battle, coming over from the now abandoned lands of Diablo. He entered in a period of change so his expertise and clan knowledge were highly welcomed. However also this month, our clan reached a realm point total of 30 million realm points. While we were never about realm points, it does show the battle prowess of Immortality members in the past and present. Several raids were held this month, one noticeable was the raid lead by Councilor Vadrigald into Darkspire where a small band of Immortals, finally succumbed by hordes of monsters, almost reached the end chamber. Also, because of Freedom’s enter, we held lots of Thidranki raids, those always successful and RoI basically dominating the scene. Last but not least, Councilor Farseer posted on the forum about his impending return from that strange game called Real Life.
