| In this month Councilor Vadrigald got our clan a permanent Ventrilo server. This means we have acces to a stable voice chat twenty-four hours a day. In the last months it was clear this was a great success and many members kept using it. While some (oldtime) members had their reservations more and more people did log on. Also this month, several members left our clan to prepare to go play WoW. While we as a clan did not rule out playing WoW when the regional server situation got solved, some members decided to go play WoW regardless of this. We wish them luck in this new game.
Diablo: The planned meeting this month could not go trough because of the holiday season. A new meeting was planned early in January. DAOC: In this month to assist a struggling Midgard realm and to experience another realm as well, we formed a shadow clan on Midgard/Gawaine. Because we were with a solid group from the start helped with Catacombs expansion that did go retail this month, we leveled extremely fast and we immediately left our mark in the battlegrounds. On the less positive note, Baron Rye left the clan because of several reasons foremost the fact he had RL friends in another clan. However we were also happy to invite Count Freedom in DAOC, he deciding to pick the game up with the upcoming abolishment of the Diablo division. WC: This month the European pre-order started for WoW, and the US version began. The clan situation however did not change as clan wise we could not embark in a game where we would not be able to play together on a single server. Some members planned to go play the game regardless and we wish them luck in their new game. |
