History of august, 2004:
In this month, still deep in the holiday season Duke Dragonking came to the conclusion the UO division had grown too much apart from the main clan to remain a division. Duke Dragonking decided to take his division and continue on his own in the lands of UO. Albertus handed over all his property to Duke Dragonking for his clan there and left the lands of UO. This all was done maintaining the good friendship that has been in place for years. As of this month UO therefore is no longer an official clangame of RoI.
Also, in this summertime, many members played their favorite game with the tunes offered by RadioRoi, hosted by councilor Vadrigald. Many request song was played and the radio’s IRC channel never empty.

Diablo: In this month the ladder did reset and many members rolled new characters. Some went to play HC others wanted to play it more save in the softcore ladder.

DAOC: With a new frontier, a new play style was required. The old elite had the most difficulty with it and we saw the beginning of a mass exodus of those players formally the elite in RvR by their failure to adapt to the new situation. As such Councilor Vadrigald made a RvR tips topic on our forum and the advice given there useful to all. Another issue resulted in some elite players (having to) leave namely the harder stance of Mythic towards cheaters. Many radar users were (perma) banned and it was shameful to see some of our and other realms heralded hero’s were only so because they cheated. In this month a new patch was delivered as well giving us a free level after each ding up to 47. This was of course great news for those leveling an alt as well as a first toon. Also , this month former baron Dryren left the clan to enter a clan where he felt his rvr experience would be better. He said his warm farewells on the forum and we wished him luck.
